Mother Carmel is a mysterious person associated with Charlotte Linlin. Details about her are unknown; Capone Bege and Charlotte Chiffon guessed that she might be a benefactor of Big Mom that went missing. During every tea party, Big Mom places a picture of Carmel across from her at the table. If Carmel's picture is damaged, Big Mom will enter a psychological crisis, which will render her able to be physically injured. In her portrait, Carmel is shown as an older woman with a large face and a square-shaped jawline. She has wavy light hair and wears lipstick. She wears dark robes similarly to nuns like Miss Catherina. She was seen holding a cigarette in her hand. Trivia Carmel's name may be a reference to the Carmelites, a religious order known for selling sweets in Japan, which corresponds with Carmel's nun-like outfit and title of "Mother". The sweets connection also matches the Big Mom Pirates and Charlotte Family food theme.

Charlotte Katakuri (DogTooth) is the second son of the Charlotte Family and one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates. Katakuri is a large, muscular man with short spiky black hair and a scar on the left side of his face. He wears a massive light ragged scarf that covers his mouth and reaches his shoulders. He also wears a torn leather jacket that exposes most of his torso, dark gloves and pants, a belt with a skull-shaped buckle, and spiked boots with spurs. His torso is covered in tattoos, and he wears spiked bracelets on his arms as well as knee pads with a single spike on them. Katakuri appears to have a very serious, no-nonsense demeanor, seeming to care greatly about his crew and family's objectives. He is not afraid to take initiative even if it may be out of turn for him, as shown when he quickly dispatched Jigra after foreseeing his assassination attempt on his mother. Katakuri is shown to be loyal to his mother as he would not hesitate to eliminate anyone ...

The Tama Tama no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that turns the user's body composition into that of an egg and allows the user to evolve into a chicken and become stronger when their body is cracked open. It was eaten by Tamago. The greatest strength the fruit gives is the ability to regenerate from severe injuries that would normally kill a person by evolving from an egg to a chicken. The new forms the user gains also drastically increase their fighting ability, to the point where the second and final transformation makes the user a "true knight". However, the user is left defenseless while regenerating. Also, it seems that their body is still composed of an egg even after evolving, as seen with Tamago's Viscount Hiyoko form. It seems that when the user evolves, they lose access to the ability to make human speech and can only make chicken noises. Otherwise, the user is affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
