Emporio Ivankov

Emporio Ivankov, or Iva for short, is the "Queen" of the Kamabakka Kingdom, known as "Okama King" and a "Miracle Person", and is a commander of the Revolutionary Army. He was formerly a prisoner of Impel Down kept in Level 5, living in a secret "Okama Paradise" in level 5.5, but has since returned to his post as Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom. He challenged Sanji to defeat his 99 masters of Newkama Kenpo for the secret of the "attack cuisine" and a boat, during the two year timeskip. Ivankov is a large man with an afro of blue/purple hair, and has long eyelashes, he also has a noticeably-odd shaped chin resembling an arrowhead. His afro is large enough to hold people inside it. Memo Memo no Mi

The Memo Memo no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to turn people's memories into strips of film and manipulate them. It was eaten by Charlotte Pudding. By reaching into their target's head, the user can extract their memories in the form of film strips. By cutting out frames, they can remove that part of the target's memory, and by pasting in other people's frames, they can add new memories to the target. The removed frames can seemingly be kept for long periods of time, as Pudding had a soldier's memory stored away. This memory alteration can be a powerful tool to alter the target's mind. The memory extraction appears to be painful for the target. This fruit seems to require the target to be within arm length from the user. The Warship Island Arc

The Warship Island Arc, sometimes referred to as the Apis Arc, is a story arc in the anime One Piece. It is the first story arc of the series not to be based on any content from the manga by Eiichiro Oda, making it the first filler arc. It was left out of the 4Kids dub for an unspecified reason. This arc takes place just after Luffy receives his bounty of 30,000,000Beli at the end of the East Blue Saga, and before the Straw Hat Pirates enter the Grand Line. The Straw Hats find a young girl named Apis floating in the ocean. They find that she has escaped from Marine Branch 8 and is running from Commodore Nelson. The Straw Hats agree to return her back to Warship Island, and they are soon attacked by Branch 8. After escaping from the Marines, the Straw Hats realize that they are in the Calm Belt where they find large sea kings.
