"Winch Green" Vinsmoke Yonji is a member of the Vinsmoke Family, making him both a prince of the Germa Kingdom and a commander in its military arm, Germa 66. He is Sanji's and Reiju's younger brother. As noted by the Straw Hats, Yonji heavily resembles his brother Sanji; he has almost identical facial features, including the curly eyebrows common to the Vinsmoke siblings. However, his hair is slicked back into a cowlick, his eyebrows curl in the inverse direction (both face the left side of his face), and he lacks facial hair. Yonji wears all dark clothing, with his shirt bearing the number "66" and his hooded cloak bearing the number "4". He wears a striped belt with the Germa 66 Jolly Roger as a belt buckle, metal gloves, and sunglasses and earphones on the top of his head.
As Nami observed, Yonji, like his older brother Sanji, exhibits some lecherous qualities. He is immediately struck by Nami's beauty, and is seen ogling Nami's bounty poster when Germa 66 depart from their brief meeting with the Straw Hats. In all other respects, however, Yonji is very different from Sanji. He has been described as callous and stingy, refusing to help a dying Luffy and challenging the Straw Hats to plunder the Germa 66 ship for the cure for Luffy's condition. His elder sister, Reiju, claimed that he lacked all humanity. He is also proud, getting angry at Reiju when she humiliated him in front of the Straw Hats. Yonji is also very mindful of his family's affairs, deciding to not get involved with the Straw Hats in order to ensure that Sanji's wedding would not be jeopardized. Being part of the Vinsmoke Family, Yonji possesses political power over the Germa Kingdom, as well the World Government. Yonji's father, Vinsmoke Jajji, claimed that he was a formidable fighter.
However, after a hostile encounter with his older brother Sanji, it is implied that his strength is less than Sanji's. He possesses some degree of durability, as he appeared largely unharmed by his sister Reiju's kick despite her using enough force to send him flying several meters away. He also has quick reaction speed, as he was able to put up a defense against Reiju's unexpected kick. Being from the technologically advanced Vinsmoke Family, Yonji possesses high-tech equipment. He possesses shoes that allow him to levitate in midair. Yonji first encountered Luffy's Sanji Retrieval Team right after they entered Big Mom's waters. Luffy's group mistook him for Sanji until Yonji revealed otherwise. Once he saw Nami, he became love-struck. Seeing that the Thousand Sunny was not the ship Sanji was on, Yonji was about to leave. Chopper called out to him, still calling him Sanji, much to Yonji's annoyance. Chopper begged for an antidote to Luffy's poisoning, but Yonji taunted the group to try to take it by force. His sister, Reiju, appeared and kicked Yonji for his rudeness. After Reiju cured Luffy of his condition, Yonji and Reiju left the Sanji retrieval team alone without making a scene. They also decided to pretend that they never saw the Straw Hats to prevent Sanji's marriage from being called off. He returned to his ship, eyeballing Nami's wanted poster.

Vinsmoke Jajji
Vinsmoke Jajji is the king of the Germa Kingdom, the commander of Germa 66, and the patriarch of the Vinsmoke Family. Jajji is a large man with very long light hair reaching to his waist. He has a long and thin mustache which spikes upward, a thin and small beard, and has a prominent cleft chin. He wears a dark robe with the number 66 on the bottom front, a large light cape, a belt with the number 66 on the buckle, dark gloves, and a warrior's helmet. Like his daughter, Jajji has great respect for strength, and the privileges that come with its exercise. He is proud of his son Yonji's strength, and believes that men can only speak clearly to each other properly with violence.
As king of the Germa Kingdom, Jajji has authority over his subjects. He also possesses a great deal of power either within or over the World Government; he is an attendee at Reverie, and can both influence the Marines' bounty process and issue certain orders to them. He also has authority over Germa 66 as its supreme commander, giving him command of a very powerful military force. Jajji also has access to the advanced technology developed by the Vinsmoke Family. When his son Sanji left their family as a child, Jajji has pursued him constantly, even going as far as to use the World Government and the Marines to find him. While the full relationship between Jajji and Sanji is unknown, Sanji despises his father, calling him a "bastard" and refusing to acknowledge him his parent. Sometime in the past, Jajji took part in an event known as the Four Nation Coup. While his full actions are unknown, he was photographed standing over four defeated kings. When Sanji left the Vinsmoke Family at a young age, Jajji ceaselessly pursued him. After Sanji gained his first bounty, Jajji sent Marines and bounty hunters after his son. However, due to the poor depiction of Sanji in his wanted poster, the hunters ended up going after Duval instead. When Sanji's wanted poster was updated to show his true face, Jajji increased his bounty by Beli100,000,000 and changed the condition of the bounty for Sanji from "Dead or Alive" to "Alive Only".

Germa Kingdom
The Germa Kingdom is the world's only ocean-going kingdom. It is ruled by the Vinsmoke Family, a royal family hailing from North Blue, and is serviced militarily by the Underworld army, Germa 66. The Germa Kingdom is a floating kingdom which rules over no land. Rather, its "territory" is comprised of pieces of land suspended on top of its unique ships, which are interlocked as they come together.
As a consequence, the size and the bounds of its "territory" are constantly fluctuating, depending on how many of its ships are assembled at one time. The majority of the citizens in the Germa Kingdom are male soldiers who comprise the Kingdom's military arm, Germa 66. However, the ruling family is shown to have several maids who work directly in their employ. Sometime in the past, the Vinsmoke Family led the Kingdom to conquer all landed territory in the North Blue, and served as the ocean's dynastic rulers. The King of the Germa Kingdom seeks to reestablish the Vinsmoke's reign over the entire North Blue; in aid of this ambition, the Kingdom was involved in an infamous incident known as the "Four Nation Coup", in which the kings of four North Blue nations were killed by the Vinsmokes. Sometime between the Straw Hat Pirates' departure from Dressrosa and the Big Mom Pirates' arrival on Zou, the Vinsmoke and Charlotte families entered into a political alliance. As part of this agreement, a wedding was arranged between the Vinsmoke Family's third son and the Charlotte Family's 35th daughter, to tie the two families' bloodlines. In anticipation of the wedding, the Germa Kingdom is gradually converging in a lake on Whole Cake Island.

Randolph is an average-sized rabbit, though his limbs are unusually long.
He wears a frilly shirt, a dark cape, and a cavalier hat. Randolph is very loyal to Big Mom, executing his missions and guarding the Seducing Woods. Randolph was sent to an unknown island by Big Mom in order to acquire fruit for the wedding cake. He succeeded, killing everyone guarding the prized fruit. The next day on Whole Cake Island, Randolph attacked Nami, Chopper, and Carrot inside the Seducing Woods, although they managed to dodge his attack. Randolph continued pursuing the encroaching pirates, clashing with Carrot. Carrot then used Electro to knock out the crane Randolph was riding on. Randolph leaped off the crane and hurled his spear at the pirates, which they managed to dodge, causing the spear to strike a large buried man in the head.

Charlotte Brûlée
Charlotte Brûlée is the 8th daughter of the Charlotte Family. Brûlée is a very tall woman with a long face, a prominent red nose, and a scar stretching diagonally across her face. She has light hair that is divided into four sections that stick in various directions. She wears a frilly light dress and a dark feathered coat.
Due to the terrible scar on her face, she is envious of those with alluring faces to the point that she wants to slice them up. Brûlée is rather strong, as she was able to lift Nami by the neck with one hand. She also uses her long and sharp fingernails to slice people. Brûlée seemingly has a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit power that allows her to become the mirror image of any person. As a mirror image, she will do and say exactly whatever her target does and says, and can even use their abilities. She can also force the target to reflect her actions to a degree. She is also capable of mirroring entire landscapes, causing people to go into areas they had just left. When Luffy, Nami, Chopper, and Carrot ventured into the Seducing Woods in search of Sanji, Brulee appeared as Luffy and engaged in battle with the real Luffy. When Nami, Chopper, and Carrot turned around and tried to escape, Brûlée went with them under the guise of the real Luffy while Luffy ran in the opposite direction. Brûlée then revealed herself as the Sanji retrieval team got lost in the mirrored woods as she grabbed Nami and prepared to slice her and Carrot's faces. Her name is based on "Crème brûlée", a dessert made of custard topped with hard caramel, which follows the food themed names of the Charlotte Family and Big Mom Pirates.
