What Makes One Piece So Different From Naruto And Bleach?

Out of the big three anime's, One Piece has kept its momentum going since its first episode. Naruto, on the other hand, had perhaps one of the greatest runs from any anime but it failed to end well and felt a bit too rushed. Bleach? It also started off amazingly, but the story transitioned so badly after the first half, that the anime was canceled prematurely.

One culprit for this could be the fact that it was obvious the author had given up on the show. Tite Kubo personally said that he was no longer interested in writing Bleach and wanted to move on as quickly as possible. This reflected in the manga and anime as well as the show tumbled and the story ceased to make sense anymore. Masashi Kishimoto also said that he no longer wanted to write Naruto. The same happened for that show and it also rushed toward the end.

Eiichiro Oda, however, loves writing One Piece and is so devoted to it that he has already envisioned what the ending will be like. Even 700 anime episodes and almost 800 manga chapters in, it doesn't seem like he's in any rush to put the show in its coffin. For that reason, the show remains one of the most exciting manga and anime in the industry and remains as number one in Japan. Since 1997, One Piece has sold approximately 320 million copies. Coming second is Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball, with 230 million.

Not to say that Kishimoto and Kubo were not committed to their stories, but Oda has portrayed exactly what it is to devote your life to your craft and it has translated well with One Piece.

For example, character development in Naruto and Bleach has been a problem and many of the series' most influential characters were forgotten for the sake of story progression. Oda, on the other hand, has involved most, if not all, the characters in One Piece in the progression of the story. One Piece has become a paragon of character development done the right way.

Because of character development, fans feel more involved with the story. Thanks to the story's length and balance, it also feels as if you have been alongside the Strawhats in their quest for One Piece.

Eiichiro Oda has spilled the beans and revealed the One Piece ending to a child suffering from Cancer. Japan's version of the Make-A-Wish foundation made another dream come true as a child suffering from Cancer has allegedly asked for One Piece's creator, Eiichiro Oda to tell him the ending to one piece. Hinati Fujinami and his family was devastated when doctors told them that Hinati Fujinami has lung cancer.

After months of therapy, Make-A-Wish Japan has allegedly tried to ease the pain of the child by asking him, what is his wish that he would like to be fulfilled.

Hinati Fujinami reportedly said that he would want to hear how his favorite manga, One Piece, ends. Eiichiro Oda was glad to tell the kid how One Piece ends and that he was holding back his tears upon seeing the condition of Hinati Fujinami.

While Oda was fine with Hinati Fujinami learning about the One Piece ending, Oda requested to talk to the child alone so that details about the One Piece manga ending wouldn't be leaked while he jokingly pleaded to Hinati to not reveal it to the press. Hinati Fujinami was reportedly seen smiling but crying at the same time as he told the people that One Piece is "beautiful".

Mother caramel is smiling brightly, this means the picture is not always smiling? Does it mean the picture is alive? Is it a homie, would big mom give the soul of a random person to the picture of mother caramel. On one hand we could argue that the reason why big mom gets weakens from the picture getting damaged is because her soul is in it but when the sun homie got inured, it did nothing to big mom. Now why did brook injure promtheus in the first place and why was it shown to us, a hype for brook strenght seems to be the obvious route but is it a bait? By having that happens, oda is basically saying, even if you injure part of big mom's soul, nothing happens to her. I've been sitting for a while now thinking about all of that and I think everything is starting to make sense. I think it's because prometheus is not directly connected to big mom but the picture is. Here's my thoughts. Big mom mentioned that it was the first time that prometheus was injured in any way. Now this is imo not a brook hype feat because brook is nowhere near top tier, there's no way oda is saying that brook is stronger than the top tier. So why would oda make that happens, the best reason I could come with is brooke's devil fruit. Being a soul himself, he could attack the soul directly of the homies and injure them that way, the theory here is you can only hurt the body by hurting the soul first. Capone mentioned that big mom was invincible until the photo was damaged. By having brook injure prometheuse he showed us that the photo of mother caramel was more important than prometheus, what could be more important than part of her own soul?

Now I am assuming that it is the same thing with zeus and the hat. I am assuming that every homies that has part of big mom soul in it is as durable as big mom and that only brook could hurt them, because why no one hurted them before, why big mom has no scars or past injuries? I think big mom is capable of making anything that her soul goes into become invincible, maybe using awakening or whatever. I think the reason why big mom can get hurt only when the photo gets hit is because mother caramel is actually the real big mom... She is the mother to all homies. She is the mother to all. When she gets hurt she uses her homies as a defensive mechanism. When she gets hurt she transfer the protection she has over her homies to herself. Something that never made sense to me is the fact that the citizens exchange their souls for protection in a church but now that we saw the picture it's starting to make sense, big mom is a nun.

Her real body could be frozen or something like that so she dont age anymore. I dont have a clear idea what the fake big mom body is but she clearly has trouble controlling it, the body goes on rampages and needs tons of sweets to be controlled. I think she gave one part of her powers to each of the homies, fake big mom got the taking soul part, the hat got the hearing homies part, zeus got the lightning part,etc. My theory on the lighning and fire is it's an advanced form of haki. Luffy used these two elements before in the form of fire hawk and thor elephant gun. In this arc full of deceptions, big mom is the biggest one of all. I think the way oda is gonna reveal this is with the vivre card. It's gonna show up again and the vivre card will points toward the picture. The reason why I think that is because the vivre card had too much screen time for the little use it had, felt like a waste of panels.

I'm starting to enjoy sanji's horniness for what it is. I think he actually surpassed usopp in the comedy department. Sanji might be funniest strawhat, at least for now, I really enjoyed seeing pudding's disgust towards sanji. The problem with sanji comes when u compare him with guys like zoro & jinbe. Seeing how stoic & loyal jinbe was during this entire arc made me seriously question whether sanji deserves to be seen as luffy's 2nd commander or mate or whatever u call the one holding the 3rd rank in a crew after the captain & the 1st mate. The final panel was funny, its just the fact that we spent how many months building up to the pudding reveal and the "I have no hope left" sanji and his internal monologue this chapter just really goes to undermine all this, plus any sort of character development he was supposedly going to gain from this experience, honestly. You know this is just his initial response on seeing pudding in a wedding dress. I think, sanji has a weakness for girls in wedding dresses. It's just like seeing her photo for the first time, he went silly but was back to his serious side. It's a very dangerous and tense situation and oda's not going change the mood for a gag. Well, he'll threw in a gag here and there, but the majority of the tea party should be serious. I think sanji stating that he will trust his own memories was kinda foreshadowing by oda that something will happen to them. I doubt the tamatebakobox will save him as it was stated that big mom will open it after the ceremony. I think it will be judge who saves sanji after noticing the gun. Reiju stated that he is a cautious man and due to him being an assassin it is possible he will notice pudding carrying a gun. Or maybe reiju will save him as she knows about the plan. I think the vinsmokes will save the straw hats, killers who end up saving lives. It will be ironic.

The Dressrosa Arc is the twenty-seventh story arc in the series and the second in the Pirate Alliance Saga of One Piece, continuing from the Punk Hazard Arc. The Straw Hats and Trafalgar Law, having formed an alliance, travel with Kin'emon to Dressrosa as part of their plan. Dressrosa is the second island the Straw Hats encounter in the New World and is ruled by the Shichibukai, Donquixote Doflamingo.

A banquet then began on the Yonta Maria to celebrate the formation of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. As the party went on, it was foreshadowed that the Straw Hat Grand Fleet will be responsible for a pivotal event that will happen in the future. On Dressrosa, CP-0 investigated the palace but found no trace of the smuggled weapons. King Riku introduced the dwarves to the people as he prepared for the Reverie coming up soon.

The people began building statues of Luffy, Usopp, and Kyros as a new peaceful age began on Dressrosa. The Marines sailed away, and Tsuru talked with Doflamingo in the brig. Doflamingo held a grudge against Fujitora for not helping him, but was happy knowing that the world would soon be plunged into chaos as several parties fought to be on top. Nearby, a pirate named Jack prepared to rescue Doflamingo. The Straw Hat Pirates were shocked to see Bartolomeo's ship, the Going Luffy-senpai which had a Luffy masthead. As they embarked to Zou, Bartolomeo showed the Straw Hats their new bounties. For some reason, however, Sanji was only wanted alive.
